The 2026 Harley-Davidson Low Rider S is an aggressive, West Coast-style performance cruiser built around a stiff Softail chassis. It features a high-output 117 cubic-inch V-twin engine, an inverted front fork, premium electronic rider safety aids, and a dark, stripped-down aesthetic.   Engine and Performance Motor: Milwaukee-Eight 117 High Output (117 ci / 1,923 cc) air/oil-cooled V-twin.
